HMT, what is the fundamental call in the stock?

HMT, a perennial loser but they have a good land bank and that is one of the reason why people get excited about it but outside of that there is really no fundamentals on this stock. They really need to revamp the entire operations that they have because they really do not have anything sustainable or have competitive advantage in any field that they are in at this point so outside of their land holdings there is nothing really in this company.

So I do not know we need to really look at it when the company comes up for this investment figure what assets they really have.
