HDIL stocks are good in real estate pack: Networth

Do you like anything in real estate?

HDIL is one, which probably is going to have some pleasant surprises in terms of TDR realisations, of course quite a bit of that has already been factored in and we have seen this run-up for the last Rs. 40, it has shown in the last couple of weeks but going forward also, you will continue to leverage on this advantageous position, which it is on. Other stocks I am still a bit wary, this has been more out of the rotation, which we talked about earlier, sector rotation wise, realty was beaten down quite a bit, so it has probably seen some sort of an upmove, short covering, whatever that was lead to it but on the fundamental basis, I do not think things have changed dramatically for realty to look up at this stage, may be after a while, yes, realty is a great sector to watch out but not at this stage.
