GVK Power's oscillators are showing positive divergence: Rajat Bose

There is some bit of consolidation in the last two months or so. So those aggressive investors or traders can take a position here.

Rajat Bose, rajatkbose.com (Technical Check) in a chat with ET Now talks about Coal India.

What is the call on GVK Power?

If you are trading for the long haul and if you are willing to get on this stock with a stop below say 15 or so, that might be the all time low or the 52-week low because it first needs to cross medium term moving averages between say 18.5 to about 20. Once it does that, then its next target would be the 200-day exponential moving average around say 26 and oscillators are showing positive divergence. There is some bit of consolidation in the last two months or so. So those aggressive investors or traders can take a position here with a stop below 15 expecting a target of 21 for a minimum and then 25 to 26.
