Good growth opportunity in the banking space: Gajendra Nagpal, Unicon Financial Solutions

Gajendra Nagpal, CEO, Unicon Financial Solutions, in a chat with ET Now talks about Welspun, Yes Bank and Corporation Bank.

Among Welspun, Yes Bank and Corporation Bank, is there any that you cover and what kind of upside could it have in a year?

I do believe that I would start with banking because two of the stocks that you mentioned are from the banking industry. I do believe that there is a big story unfolding in banking space as well. Yes Bank has been a private banking stock in the private sector space and is obviously very aggressive. Banking stocks have seen some kind of a run up in the recent past and the prospects for the banking sector have improved considerably. With the kind of money flows that have happened over last few days into the market - quite a bit of money has flown into the banking space as well - I do believe that this money is not going to get out of these banks in a hurry.

So if one has the capacity to hold on for 9 months to one year - despite the fact that we have seen a serious run up into these stocks - there is still a substantial growth opportunity.
