Godrej Property would be at top of the realty pack: Sangeeta Purushottam

ET Now: Why is Godrej Properties outperforming?

Sangeeta Purushottam: Within the property sector, my sense is that one is that when we look at it, there is really a fairly large number of companies, which is listed and at some point, the market is going to start to distinguish between these companies and start separating the men from the boys. What works for Godrej Properties is the pedigree of the name, the fact that they are on a growth trajectory. There is a fairly large land bank that is available to them. If you are really looking for comfort in terms of corporate governance, a company like Godrej Property would be at the top of the pack, so it is a combination of these factors, which ends up working for them.
