Go short on infrastructure stocks like Lanco, GMR & IVRCL: Ashwani Gujral

ET Now: What is your call on the infra space? Is there a short in any of the infra names besides Polaris.

Ashwani Gujral: You can still go short on Lanco, GMR or even IVRCL. The rally that IVRCL restarted three-four days back, is now giving way. Similarly, even Punj Lloyd has not come back a whole lot.

But, given that we are closing eight points higher, it is nothing conclusive. Bulls can take hard that 5160 was not broken, bears can take hard that 5200 was not crossed. So, I would not trade too much on this kind of a closing.

There are some rumours that finance ministry is relooking at the taxing policy of the FIIs. Given that, you would not like to take too many positions because weekends are in, strange things happen.
