What is your take on rail stocks like Kalindee Rail Nirman and Kernex?

Talking about other stocks like Kalindee Rail Nirman or Kernex, if Ms. Banerjee provides some fillip to these companies by allocating more for security and safety devices, then Kernex benefits. Go for it only after you get to know what the provisions are and how the company is going to benefit even if you have to pay slightly higher prices because you are investing in them post the announcement. That would be better but at the current moment, I would not outguess Ms. Banerjee.
