ET Now: Just want a quick reaction on this Dalmia Bharat, UltraTech Cement looking at global acquisitions?
Ambareesh Baliga: UltraTech at least is looking for larger acquisition but Dalmia Bharat is looking for a smaller acquisition. The question is whether they will have the economies of scale and especially when they are buying at this point of time when there is a slowdown which is expected to continue for a while.

It makes much more sense in acquiring assets in India where actually you are going to see a huge boom going ahead.
