FIIs liquidity to grow stronger

Dinesh Thakkar, CMD, Angel Broking, spoke to ET Now on the further growth prospects of economy and liquidity.

ET Now: Currently the situation is comfortable, do you believe that there could be any triggers which would specifically, I am not talking about any other region but liquidity tightening, anything that could lead to that, money inflow tightening in the markets anytime soon?

Dinesh Thakkar: Liquidity would be robust, FIIs liquidity would grow stronger from here. Already we have got 16 billion and going forward also. Liquidity will remain strong from FIIs segment. And what actually has been absent in this rally is retail participation and we have seen that retail comes in the market when there is a momentum in the market and they get attracted towards momentum and at every reaction, they will buy and because fundamental of this country is very good. We will see lots of retail participation and in fact when they gain from this momentum, we will see lots of momentum, lots of money flowing in this market because of gain that they will make in the market.
