Expect market volatility to remain due to elections, taper talks: Anand Tandon

In a chat with ET Now, Anand Tandon, Independent Analyst, shares his views on the market volatility. Excerpts:

ET Now: Do you think the market would have to deal with volatility, at least in the run-up to the state election outcome on December 8th?

Anand Tandon: The volatility of the market will not change. The results for the last quarter have been decent; they have been in line with expectations. Hence, the domestic market is not going to give you too many surprises, at least on the negative front for now.

Overall, we have to worry about what happens in the rest of the world, especially with talks of taper again surfacing.

On the domestic front, election will continue to throw up some surprises here and there.
