Exit MTNL on the rally: Bonanza Portfolio Limited

What are your views on MTNL?

The view is positive sentimentally. The real problem with MTNL is despite having good products and everything being nice about them and they are in the telecom market for N number of years, they have not really been able to convert their capabilities into profits.

That is a real problem. MTNL has been around for 1 year in 3G and they have not made much headway. So due to these reasons, we feel a little uncomfortable with the stock. We feel that one should exit on the rally because this refund will be only one time. aj
