Exit from Marico: Abhishek Agarwal

What is your call on Marico?

Particularly Marico, today we have witnessed a 10% fall but again we have to see the outperformance what this stock has actually given in the last three months or the downfall of the market.

Now specifically obviously when we are in the FMCG space, it is more of a price sensitive rather than interest rate sensitive.

In that case when the commodity prices are so high, I really do not see how many FMCG companies can maintain their margin or even can pass on the cost, so it is a high time that possibly the fancy what last 12 months in the market of the consumption story has been would take a hit and from here onwards, some new story or new thing will emerge

So with Marico, I really want to recommend, somebody who have should exit. There may be a lot of other stocks, which have the margin protection rather than those stocks where the margin is going to get hit.
