Exit ABB, more downtrend ahead: Technical Trends

On the charts of an ABB?

Sudarshan Sukhani: ABB was a sell recommendation in the morning, so my view has been that it was in a trading range. The chances are it is going to drop down but as you say that it is up on the back of results, sometimes this is a blip and sometimes it is a genuine turnaround, so only the next few days will tell us if ABB has actually turned around, so far I assume it is in a downtrend.

So to the people who did not exit it thinking that it would meet its target price in the lower side, you are recommending that they completely exit all the positions right now itself at the current levels?

Sudarshan Sukhani: Absolutely. In fact my stops were lower, they should have exited and whoever was on the short side but they should.
