Don't go long on Unitech: Rohit Shinde

Rohit Shinde, Independent Analyst in an interview with ET Now talks about Unitech.

Unitech and Indiabulls Real Estate, what do you do, do you remain long or short at the moment?

Unitech I think sometime back they had some positive fundamental news also coming with them so for that they had a kind of a pop in the stock moved up approximately 75 levels but now what we are seeing is that since being a very high beta stock this particular stock has to keep his head, it has come down again now.

It has come to around 70 levels, now it has to keep above 75 levels to really show strength. I would not recommend a long on this particular stock but may be a short would be much better and the second stock which I am mentioning is DLF. Now, DLF you can see similar thing is happening but comparatively looking much better compared to Unitech like and right now what we can see now is this critical zone of approximately 285-286 is a pretty strong zone for this stock but today unfortunately it has crack like.
