Don't buy into brokerage stocks right now: Ashit Suri

Ashit Suri, Fundamental Research Analyst, JV Capital Services in an interview with ET Now talks about brokerage stocks.

Would you look at Reliance Capital? After a long time we have seen it make some bit of a move 2.5% in today’s session or any of the other brokerage stocks because they are bit active in trade today?

Not really, I mean keeping today aside this sector is out of favour. We have seen stocks in this space haven’t been doing much. There are concerns on margin pressures, performance is going ahead to till more stability happens and we see several quarters of good performance these stocks are not likely to outperform so I would not suggest buying into these stocks at this level and at the juncture where we are today.
