Don't buy HCC: Deepak Mohoni

ET Now spoke to Deepak Mohoni, Director, trendwatchindia.com, on his call on HCC.

What is the view on HCC?

The stock has been pretty weak. The outperformance in this space has probably been Lanco Infratech but that is only because it has not fallen as much as the others. HCC of course now is very much news driven. So today’s move is more linked to that. It does not change very much to long term trend which is down.

Only spark of optimism here may be that it has not gone below the low it made in December, that was about Rs 38, seems to have bounced back again from there, which is not really enough reason to buy this stock but given that maybe the decline may not be too much more to follow, that could be the only optimistic view one would take here.
