DLF, Unitech to move downwards: Rohit Shinde

ET Now spoke to Rohit Shinde, Asst. VP, Technical Research, CD Equisearch Pvt Ltd, on his views on the real estate pack.

ET Now: How are you looking at DLF and Unitech right now?

Rohit Shinde: These are very high beta stocks and the thing is that they have just bounced back with the markets. Yesterday, BSE Realty was the most outperforming sector, approximately 2% up.

So the up move has already come for all these stocks and now they will again slide down slow on the downside and may be on a sideways direction on the short term.
