ET Now: What about completely beaten down spaces like real estate, smart money seems to be shifting there but would you venture there at all?

Mehraboon Irani: If you have DLF in your mind, DLF is an exception right now. Beyond DLF, there is nothing much right now in the real estate pack including possibly decent names like Godrej or Oberoi Realty. People are looking at DLF for very different reason right now.
