Dish TV's prospects looking bright: Sandip Sabharwal
In a chat with ET Now, Sandip Sabharwal, asksandipsabharwal.com, shares his views on media stocks. Excerpts:

ET Now: What about some of the media stocks? Dish almost broke into the black. Your view on the entire DTH/distribution pocket?

Sandip Sabharwal: When the distribution story started, there was a DTH space and there was a cable space. Most analysts were more bullish on cable but they should have been more bullish on DTH because that is a cleaner segment. They did not have any other issues which lot of these cable guys faced and those issues are coming to the fore today. As a result, DTH is benefiting given that their costs are under control and revenue uptick might be stronger. So a company like Dish TV actually is in a very sweet spot and it had people which were very bullish on it three years back. People lost faith and it could be a company which could come back strongly.
