DB Realty lists at discount on NSE

MUMBAI: Shares of DB Realty listed with a discount at Rs 452.10, down 3.4 per cent on the NSE against issue price of Rs 468. The share failed to recover after a poor start and slipped further.

At 9:30 am, the stock was at Rs 417, down Rs 51 or 10.90 per cent on the exchange. It touched a high of Rs 453.90 and low of Rs 414.35 on volume of 31.42 lakh shares in trade so far.

On the BSE, the scrip was at Rs 420.30, down Rs 47.70 or 10.19 per cent. It touched a high of Rs 458.80 and low of Rs 415.20 on the index.

DBRL will be using the issue proceeds towards construction & development cost of projects and pre-payment of a loan from IDFC.
