Hemindra Hazari: The government is neglecting the health space, if you see the kind of social expenditure.

ET Now: Do you think so?



Hemindra Hazari: Yes. If you see the major cut in welfare expenditure both in FY14 and FY15, it just shows how the government is really ignoring it.

As a result, it is forcing a lot of entities in India and patients to go into the private sector because the private sector is the one which is really investing in the health space. Since, the government is withdrawing from this space, stocks of some of the private sector hospitals should do well.
