Change in the aggression level of Wipro: Ajay Parmar

ET Now spoke to Ajay Parmar, Head - Institutional Research, Emkay Global Financial Services about Wipro.

What’s your call on Wipro, a) of course doubts on the kind of restructuring that they are going to look into a leaner organisation framework as well and b) the revenue guidance that they have set out is a little higher than that of Infosys and seems a little unattainable?

If you look at Wipro, it is among the top three players like TCS or Infosys. Their style of business model is a little different. They take lesser risk and similarly market is also discounting that way. We will always see news on restructuring and other things in Wipro but question will definitely be there on sustainability.

There is some change in the aggression level of Wipro from the last three months, so I would not say that you take management guidance as it is but the probability of error could be lesser this time, so I believe in what Wipro says.
