Cautious on Auto sector in short bterm: UR Bhat, MD, Dalton Capital Advisors

In the short term, one needs to be slightly cautious on that sector largely because of interest rates and also because of the fact that we still have not heard the last about when their ancillaries, especially feeding from Japan.

ET Now: What would your call be on the entire auto space because last evening post the policy, we did have a lot of concerning voices from most auto majors in terms of as to how that would scale down their volumes?

UR Bhat: In the short term, one needs to be slightly cautious on that sector largely because of interest rates and also because of the fact that we still have not heard the last about when their ancillaries, especially feeding from Japan. All these problems get solved and unless these things get solved, I do not think one can really take a big bet on autos.
