CARE is an excellent buy: Sudip Bandyopadhyay

Few words on new listings. Bharti Infratel is languishing a bit, PC Jewellers is just about moving up in the session along with the other jewellery stocks. Have you looked at any carefully?

We have in fact. We still maintain our view on CARE. It is an excellent buy even at current level. It is very strong company in the rating space. Fundamentals are strong. Even if you compare it with other industry players like ICRA and Crisil, CARE will position itself very well as far as the fundamentals are concerned. It is definitely a buy even at current levels. I cannot say the same about Bharti Infratel or even PC Jewellers. Yes PC Jeweller issue did attract lot of investor excitement but I really do not see that excitement continuing. It will move in line with the market and in line with what the other gems and jewellery stocks are doing but as far as investors are concerned, we are not recommending buy at this stage either in Bharti Infratel or PC Jewellers.
