Can't take positions in ONGC; highly uncertain stock: Ashwani Gujral

As far as ONGC is concerned nobody can take positions on a stock where there is uncertainty.

For ONGC, every other day there is a fresh news, today the FPO is on, tomorrow it is off. So basically it is very range bound between Rs 250 and Rs 290 because nobody can take positions on a stock where there is uncertainty.
