In a chat with ET Now, Arindam Ghosh, CEO of BlackRidge Capital, shares his thoughts on the realty sector. Excerpts:
ET Now: While the rest of the rate sensitive basket is easing out, realty is holding through. In fact, building on gains on a very consistent fashion, is it at best a trading play for you right now or do you think it makes investment sense?
Arindam Ghosh: I personally do not like that sector, so I will not be able to add much to it.
