Buy TCS from a 2 year perspective: Rajiv Mehta
"If one is a long term investor, looking to hold TCS for say 1.5-2 years, then he should of course accumulate. It is a buy for us."
No great surprises from TCS on margins, bottom line. That is predominantly the reason why the stock is behaving the way it is...
The numbers are precisely in line with everybody's estimates. The top line has shown about 5% growth, margins are almost flat, the bottom line has seen a growth of about 2% to 3%. This does not call for any marginal change in the estimates for the full year FY12 and FY13. The stock should stabilise or consolidate at about Rs 1200 levels in the near term.
Should one be looking to accumulate at that level?
If one is a long term investor, looking to hold TCS for say 1.5-2 years, then he should of course accumulate. It is a buy for us and apart from that, we also like Infosys at the current price levels and even HCL Tech.
