Buy Tata Motors and accumulate it: Sandeep Singhal

ET Now: What do you think about Tata Motors?

Sandeep Singhal: Mostly market is discounting that phenomenon on Tata Motors stock. So one should buy but instead of buying the regular stock, it could be good idea to buy the differential voting rights here because of the 2 reasons.

One, they are quoting at substantially lower discount to their regular stocks at 45% plus. So, with lesser investment one could get the equal exposure. Second, there is a 5% incremental extra yield of dividend on those differential voting rights here. So, one should buy Tata Motors and accumulate it.
