Jain Irrigation is also planning to enter into the NBFC business. Is that dangerous for Jain Irrigations?
It is in the best interest of the company. If you look at how Jain Irrigation makes its money. If they can cut out the government to some extent and make their process more efficient, that’s a huge plus in the medium and the long term.
At this price around Rs 160-Rs 170-Rs 180, for a long-term investor, this is a great time to get in. If you want to get in just for a short-term timeframe, it is also a decent opportunity to buy. There are so many longer term compelling stories in India that if you are willing to wait and hold, you would be rewarded handsomely, this is one of those names.
