How is BHEL looking like?

I have a buy in BHEL today. It is a little below my price which I have recommended, around 2430 but my view in BHEL is bullish. We have a target of around 2520-2530. Talk of the next one week or two, market has to stabilise a bit and the Nifty if it does not fall, BHEL is a stock which is likely to outperform. The stock can be bought on decline even at current levels.
