What is your view on Bank of India, Indian Overseas Allahabad Bank and PNB?

In case of PNB, the investment call went around 1100 and has come off a bit. That is more for the patient longer term investors. If you are a trader, then you would probably look at Indian Overseas, Allahabad Bank. If these are the smaller size banks. From a regional perspective, their share price is attractive and you can get 5% to 10% upside. The caveat is always when you buy the banking stocks, probably try and buy them with an investment perspective and if you are trading, keep your stop losses in.
