Bullish on two-wheeler stocks: Phani Sekhar, Angel Broking

Why such a move in Hero MotoCorp? It has been extending the gains for the last few sessions compared to some of the other two wheelers, maybe Bajaj Auto sure but not that all of the other auto stocks are doing very well?

It might be a case of investors seeking relative comfort because if you actually look at the auto numbers for the month of August, we have actually seen that two wheelers have held themselves well. Actually when you look forward for the next three months because I do not think the market is daring to see anything beyond that for any of the sectors, you are actually seeing that the festival season is just round the corner, so all the two wheelers, especially Bajaj, TVS and Hero are likely to post very strong numbers and that might be one of the reasons why you are seeing that Hero MotoCorp. Of late you have actually seen Bajaj Auto and TVS also get significant investor interest.
