Bullish on Tech Mahindra: Prabodh Agrawal

In a chat with ET Now, Prabodh Agrawal, President & Head-Research, IIFL shares his view on Tech Mahindra and Sun Pharma.

ET Now: Both Tech Mahindra and Sun Pharma have done rather well but at the current juncture, do you think Tech Mahindra and Sun Pharma, both are priced to perfection?

Prabodh Agrawal: Sun Pharma is priced to perfection. The valuations are definitely very high and any bit of small disappointment from the company could de-rate the stock but I would not say the same thing for Tech Mahindra which is much more reasonably priced in the IT universe. So while we continue to like both these stocks but at this point of time, we would really advise investors to continue buying into Tech Mahindra, not into Sun Pharma.
