Bullish on SREI Infra: Ashit Suri, JV Capital

Can you walk us through your targets for SREI Infra?

Although I am very bullish on this stock for the long term, currently also I have given a near term target of 88 for this stock which it could achieve in the near term. Yes, most of these factors are positive. The biggest being that the stock is trading very cheap at 6 times trailing earnings. If you have to look at the price to book, it is just 1 times price to book against an IDFC which is trading above 3 times.

So one has to look at the valuations, the performance over the last few quarters and the scope for this stock going ahead because of its merger and with Quippo Infrastructure down the line, I see a huge upside for this stock. For the near term, I have given a target of 88.
