Why are you bullish on Reliance Communications?

This have just passed this resolution that they will be issuing fresh equity and they will be raising funds through equity dilution.

Now the already news in the media that they are talking to MTN. Then the first rate of refusal has also been done away with as far as Mukesh Ambani is concerned.

So they are moving in this direction to raise further funds to reduce their EBITDA ratio which as per our understanding will come down to 1.7-1.2 to 0.2 levels in next one year time, if they are able to raise funds let's say between Rs 170 to Rs 220 level.
