Bullish on private sector banks: Nilesh Shetty

What is your call on financials?

For us given that we have a liquidity filter most of these PSU banks do not fall in our universe. But, within the portfolio it has always been the bigger ones which have had a consistent track record of delivering irrespective of cycles. At least for the ones in the portfolio we valued sustainability of earnings and stability of management delivering over a long period of time much higher than say a company available at a deep discount. So our allocation primarily remains to private sector banks within our portfolio.
