Bullish on Orient Paper: Prakash Diwan

ET Now spoke to Prakash Diwan, Head - Institutional Business, Networth Stock Broking, on his stock recommendations.

ET Now: Any particular stock in the cement sector that you would find value in right now?

Prakash Diwan: There are some of these smaller cement manufacturers which have always been operating on very decent margins with fully depreciated plants and that's where the action probably will continue while the hike probably tapers off with the larger ones.

So from that particular segment we got Orient Paper. The name is Orient Paper but it is primarily a cement player that's a very strong bet at this point in time and I think people could do very well if they were to look at that seriously for the next couple of months.

ET Now: Will you buy at these levels as well 61.50?

Prakash Diwan: Certainly, in fact it has got also the fillip side on the paper business which is also looking positive so it has got a unique combination cement, paper. Could not have been better timed.
