Bullish on housing stocks, but valuations bit stretched: Bhavin Shah

In a chat with ET Now, Bhavin Shah, Sameeksha Portfolio Advisors, talks about sectors that are attracting him the most at the present juncture.

ET Now: Except for IT, what else is looking interesting to you? I know you track IT stocks with a magnifying glass, but what else look good at this juncture?

Bhavin Shah: If you look at the government’s focus on housing, we believe that companies related to the housing activities will experience very good growth over a period of time. The challenge though is that a lot of the stocks have seen strong expansion in valuations and that is where it is little tricky right now. But I do think that housing and suppliers of housing-related materials is a category that is one of the big growth areas over next several years.
