Bullish on Hindalco, metal space performance generally run its course: Gautam Trivedi

In a chat with ET Now, Gautam Trivedi, MD & Head of Equities, Religare Capital Markets Ltd shares his view on the metal space.

ET Now: What is your call on metals?

Gautam Trivedi: The overall metal space with the exception of a Tata Steel which has obviously bigger overseas business and domestic business has run its course in terms of performance. One stock that we still continue to like actually is Hindalco and if you look at some of the international aluminium companies in the US they are up anywhere from 5% to 9% overnight. So there is demand recovery coming back into China and Hindalco will be the stock to watch.
