Budget and global cues are affecting markets: Seshadri Bharatan

Go light into the budget session. Is that a sense that you are giving? Even the usual suspects are now starting to falter.

Apart from the budget, the global cues also are taking affect on the Indian markets. So my sense is that yes, people are nervous prior to the Budget plus international global cues also are not very positive for markets to sustain at higher levels.
