Book profits in Nestle at higher levels: Sanjeev Agarwal

"Right now the stock is in a classical bull trend like all higher tops and bottoms, very strong even during the corrections of the market."

Sanjeev Agarwal, Director, Dynamix Research and Capital Management in an interview with ET Now talks about Nestle.

A quick word on Nestle in light of the numbers that came out. What would you say to an investor here who already holds the stock or probably even an entry point if you could recommend one?

Right now the stock is in a classical bull trend like all higher tops and bottoms, very strong even during the corrections of the market. So I would not say that this is a stock one should be exiting immediately and one should wait for it on may be 4000 even you can get 4500 to 5000 also. I would like to put a time target, time wise I was lone somewhere around December and or January first week is what we are expecting this rally to peak out and that is where the investor should be exiting their stock.

So right now any declines one can buy also any 5%-10% declines but overall with this time frame one should be exiting, booking profit at higher levels.
