ET Now: What is the call on cap goods because the earnings disappointments from this particular sector has been quite bad?

IV Subramaniam: Yes, we are still evaluating it in terms of we do like few stocks but not at the current valuations may be some more decline. Then from a long term perspective it would made attractive but at this point in time I am still being cautious or waiting for these stocks to decline more.

ET Now: And what stocks would that be?

IV Subramaniam: It ranges right from the people who supply to the power industry to other kind of engineering. All the top ones which you just mentioned it could be BHEL, it could be Thermax, Voltas quite a few of them will look attractive at a certain price. Now currently some of them are not doing so well. So stock prices have been declining but it has not yet declined to levels, where we would find it attractive to buy.
