Bharti Airtel dips as it finds few takers on St

Bharti Airtel shares drifted lower on Friday amid a bulk deal of one crore shares on NSE. The stock closed at Rs 298.20, down 1.7% over the previous close. The identity of the buyer and sellers could not be ascertained, but dealers tracking the stock said a prominent French broking house was the broker to the deal. While concerns over tariff wars and the capital outflow towards 3G licences have been discounted to a large extent, there are no takers for the stock at higher levels, say market players.
