Not all but for some real estate stocks now outperformance has started?

Ashwani Gujral: It is unlikely that outperformance will continue for them. The problem of corporate governance does not seem to leave these stocks and that is the biggest risk. This is the only sector which is being called to the CBI headquarters so Sobha Developers yes it can get up to 300 but out there it will find significant resistance. Support now comes in around 247. Sobha fell also quite drastically when the fall was happening so even if gets to about 300 it will probably reach where it was in say the middle of January.

Also things like Ackruti, Ackruti also was at one point around levels of 2000 and from where it fell quite sharply so you will see sporadic moves in real estate but if you have to be in rate sensitives I think financials are much more stable and much more steady than these real estate stocks.
