What is the call on Indiabulls Real Estate?

For Indiabulls Real Estate, the entire sector is bad. You can have these flashes and probably if the market goes towards 6000, this will go towards Rs 145 but overall, there is no alpha in these stocks and maybe they need something as to juice up. There were some demerger type of news but I do not think the impact will last more than a couple of days.
