Be selective on real estate stocks: CK Narayan

Would you use the current strength in real estate stocks to clean up your house, sell what you want?

In terms of the strategy, most certainly yes, those are stocks which are into a confirm downtrend and what we are seeing is a fairly decent rally and in any sector which is into a downtrend, such nice rallies which take up stocks 20-25% from where they have been actually kind of a godson for you to actually clean up your portfolio. There are lots of names which have all rallied. So I would be selective. Not really chase the leaders down first but go into the side stocks to exit out of them and maybe play the rest of the rally just holding onto the leader stocks.
