How do you view Balaji Telefilms in light of a possible stake sale?

The most important thing to remember in Balaji is that almost the entire up move in the last few days has been spiked more on rumours with no confirmatory news coming in at all. We do like the counter, we do think that there is likely to be a kind of a buyout or some kind of activity in the stock but we would prefer to hold for now and only buy it at 54-55 levels.

I do see the counter going maybe just 70-75 in our medium term but we would like to enter only at 54-55 levels and wait for news to confirm whatever the rumours are.
