Avoid Unitech: Rajat Bose

What about real estate names in particular, Unitech? Does it seem like a bottom is in place because we have been seeing some bit of build up coming in the stock?

Regarding Unitech I would give it a go by and choose housing, HDIL or for that matter an Indiabulls Realty. Unitech is not looking that good. So I would rather suggest avoid Unitech, choose DLF or any other stock out of this HDIL or Indiabulls Realty or any other stock.
