What is the call on KEC International?

If you see power transmission tower companies, in fact none of them have really participated in this rally and if we see KEC International, in spite of announcing this deal now, this stock is hovering near 52-week lows. So market is not much excited from the business model per se at present and I do not think this will affect the stock price in shorter term. So even I like to give an avoid on this particular stock.
