Are you looking at anything in the real estate space?

I agree with the excitement in these counters but if you are asking for investment call, we are not giving investment call in any of these scrips. There are lots of issues as far as real estate stocks are concerned -- be it over leveraging, be the problem of unrelated diversification, corporate governance, high interest rates, lack of demand, you can keep listing but the fact remains that at this stage if you have to take an investment call. We can only take an investment call in Godrej Properties and maybe Oberoi Realty. There are value buying opportunities with the objective of trading but as an investment, we are still advising our investors to refrain from getting into this sector.
